Rules to confirmed upon checkout process of making the order

 

• Upon making an order, 100% payment is necessary to continuing processing the order.

 

• Non-refundable after checkout confirmation as the order is processed.

 

• If customer refuses to receive the order from the courier , the order will be canceled and payment is not refundable.

 

• Order(s) will take 2 to 3 weeks form the date of transaction payment. 

 

• Each Customer will be give an individual reference ID number where all customer information will be saved under. customer ID will be linked to the mobile number you have contacted with.

• For changing mobile numbers associated with the customer ID. customer must contact us with the original number to make the change to a new number, or a new file will be made for the new number. 
• All customers information will be under KS&K confidentiality.

 

• Customer should always order with the ID/User number given to them to have the chance to upgrade file level.

 

• For future discounts, customer should provide file ID number. 

 

• Delivery charge Of XXX AED will be added.
